Apple juice filtration process for the highest filtrate quality
The UltraStar XL is a modern, semi-continuous cross-flow filtration system that has been specially developed for the beverage industry. Its compact design enables space-saving and powerful operation. The tubular membranes ensure safe operation even with higher solids contents. The most common application is for the filtration of apple, pear, berry, stone fruit, pineapple and citrus juices.
With the UltraStar XL, the product to be filtered circulates through ½'' tubular membranes.
Part of the liquid passes through the membranes as permeate, while the retentate is further treated by diafiltration as required to maximize the product yield. Unfiltered product is continuously fed into the circulation tank. This ensures a continuous and uniform process flow.

We offer solutions for the production of high-quality pear juices with hourly outputs of 1 to 100 tons, always economical, resource-saving and with a special focus on hygienic working methods.
Berry juices
Gentle crushing in combination with mash heating results in low-turbidity juices and maximum juice and color yields. Our ultrafiltration and microfiltration membranes ensure crystal-clear juices, while the flavor is extracted separately from the juices in the evaporator, simultaneously concentrating the juices into fruit juice concentrate.
Vegetable juices
